Matrimonial disputes can severely deplete the assets of most families. We take great care to make the process less contentious and expensive, and find that a realistic and “commercial” approach can be very helpful. Our experience in business is often critical in dealing with matrimonial finance disputes, particularly when one of the parties owns a company, and the value of which has to be assessed.

When required, we can represent clients in court through our experienced barrister, Stephen David, a partner in Bridge. Stephen has Public Access Accreditation and so can accept instructions directly from clients without the need for a solicitor. This is a major factor in reducing costs for clients.
